Tableau on Mac revisited

Hi guys,

Looks like the wait is almost over. If you've been in the Tableau bandwagon and roam around the forums, you'll notice something that keeps popping up, a lot people love Tableau but people would love even more to run Tableau on their Macs. Its nothing like having a shiny laptop with a glowing Apple logo on it doing all this visualizations, it just clicks.

Tableau has been the envy of Mac users who had to resort to virtualization just to run their favorite analysis software, such elegant tool does not belong to an old clunky PC they might think. Alas, they can rejoice although not too soon. Tableau v8.2 which will feature a Mac version would likely be released early 2014, how early? We have no idea, but don't expect it to be too early.
